In order to perpetuate the family tradition, Louis MOREAU created in 1994 an estate producing only AOC chablis on 5 hectares in the village of Viviers.

1995 was also the year of his wedding with Anne BAYLIN and they received from their friends an atypic present, a golden cedar tree.

To seal their friendship, they decided to call their estate "Domaine of the Golden Cedar".

Even though the vines are younger than the other two estates, the vineyard location bathing with an afternoon sun brings ripeness to the grapes expressed by a more complex wine.

This Chablis can be enjoyed within the 2 years following its bottling and offers to consumers a nice example of the richness and the complexity of the chablis wines.
